Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://jjsgeneralconstruction.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Description. This Site describes Home Remodeling, General Contractor, New Construction, Roofing Installation, Roof Repair, Gutter Cleaning, Drywall Installation, House Painting provided by JJ's General Construction. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Site Content. Content displayed on https://jjsgeneralconstruction.com is the property of JJ's General Construction or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. JJ's General Construction makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Limitation. In no event will JJ's General Construction's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold JJ's General Construction harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of IL, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in IL.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
